977.905 EXCAVATIONS.

   (a)   Permit for work under Section 905.01(a), one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (b)   Barricading all excavations, per Section 905.01(b), one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day, plus reasonable costs of any material used for such purpose by the Municipality.

   (c)   Liability insurance per Section 905.01(c) in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for all persons for personal injury or death and for damage to property caused by work authorized by the permit.
