1353.13 DEMOLITION; COSTS A LIEN AGAINST PROPERTY.

If the owner of a dwelling or structure fails to comply with a final order to repair or demolish a dwelling or structure then the Building Commissioner may cause the dwelling or structure to be demolished and the costs shall be assessed against the premises in accordance with Section 1353.16 of this chapter.
