1353.16 COSTS INCURRED DUE TO MUNICIPAL ACTION.

   The total costs, whether such costs are incurred due to the use of employees, materials and equipment of the Municipality or by contract for labor, materials and equipment, or both, or removing insecure, unsafe or structurally defective dwellings or structures, including the cost of service of publication of notice, together with a proper description of the premises, shall be certified by the Finance Director to the County Auditor, to be placed by him upon the tax duplicate to be collected as other taxes. All other costs incurred under this chapter shall be paid out of the Municipal treasury and the Municipality may institute an appropriate action in the courts to recover the costs from the owner of the premises.
