1347.02 ENCLOSURE REQUIRED.

   No person, firm or corporation, or agent of such person in charge of the land, shall keep, place, maintain or permit to remain upon any private premises in the Municipality, a trailer as defined in Section 1347.01 that is not within an enclosed structure fully complying with the ordinances of the Municipality, except as provided in Section 1347.03.
