1347.03 PERMIT; APPLICATION; PERIOD.
   Notwithstanding the other provisions of this chapter, a person, firm or corporation engaged in construction upon a lot or parcel of land in the Municipality may use a trailer as an office or place of storage during such construction, provided such person, firm or corporation first obtains a permit for that purpose from the Police Department.
   The application for such permit shall be signed by the applicant and shall contain a description of the premises to be occupied, the construction to be performed thereon, the name of the owner or occupant of the premises, the name and address of the owner of the trailer, the license number of the trailer and the vehicle to which it is or may be attached, and such other information as the Police Department may require. The application shall be endorsed with the written consent to the parking of such trailer by the owner or responsible occupant of the premises to be occupied, and such consent shall be signed by such person.
   Upon proper application being made, the Building Commissioner shall issue a permit for the parking of the trailer on the parcel and the permit so issued by the Commissioner shall be for a period not to exceed the duration of the construction job.
   The applicant shall pay in advance the fee provided in Chapter 1309.
