1341.04 CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS.

   No swimming pool or pool used for cleansing purposes shall be used or maintained unless all of the requirements of this chapter are complied with. No swimming pool shall be constructed within fifteen feet of the rear or side property lines, unless the owner of the abutting property consents in writing to a lesser distance. No swimming pool shall be constructed in a front yard. No swimming pool may be constructed in a side yard, except with the written consent of the owners of all the abutting property, nor shall it be constructed within twenty feet of a dwelling located on an abutting property, except with a written consent of the owner of such abutting property. Only family swimming pools shall be constructed in a single-family or two-family use district.
