1165.08 DEVELOPMENT PLANS.

Preliminary and final site plans shall be prepared by the developer for all proposed developments and submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for review and approval in accordance with the provisions of Section 1173.10 which shall apply to Local Business Districts.
