701.03 EXISTING COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.

Every person, firm or corporation operating a commercial enterprise subject to the requirements of Section 701.01 existing as of the date of enactment of this section shall submit required plans and specifications to the Architectural Review Board within sixty days as of the date of enactment of this section and shall complete construction within sixty days after the Board has approved such plans and specifications.
