1187.02 VOLUNTARY DISCONTINUATION OF NONCONFORMITIES.

Any nonconforming use that is voluntarily discontinued for a period of at least six months shall cease to be considered a nonconforming use, and any future use of such property shall be in conformity with the provisions of this Zoning Code.
