1105.01 DEFINITIONS.

As used in this chapter:

(a) "Allotment" and "subdivision" are used synonymously and mean any subdivision of land into either streets and lots or into lots and intended to be recorded as a plat.

(b) "City" means the City of Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

(d) "Council" means the Council of the City.

(e) "Owner" means the individual, company, corporation or trustee in whom or which the legal title to the land proposed to be allotted is vested.
