The Master Plan for the City, prepared by the Citizens Advisory Committee (with technical assistance from D.B. Hartt, Inc.) dated February 11, 2004, with several amendments approved at the Planning Commission meeting of April 19, 2004, and at the Council meeting of May 24, 2004, a copy of which is attached to original Ordinance 2004-12, passed May 24, 2004, as "Exhibit A," is hereby approved, adopted and made a part of this chapter as though fully rewritten in this chapter.
