The following fee schedule is hereby established for all applications submitted to the City Planning Commission for its consideration:
(a) For a subdivision plat or resubdivision plat, the fee is one hundred dollars ($100.00) per plat, plus five dollars ($5.00) for each sublot exceeding five.
(b) For the plan review made by the City Engineer, a minimum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be left on deposit.
(c) For the plan review made by the City Architect, a minimum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be left on deposit.
(d) For a single lot split, the fee is fifty dollars ($50.00).
(e) For new building plans, the fee is twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for consultation and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for final approval.
(f) For rezoning applications, the fee is one hundred dollars ($100.00). In addition, a minimum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be left on deposit.
