1101.01 CHAIRPERSON; VICE-CHAIRPERSON.

At the first meeting of the City Planning Commission of each year following a regular Municipal election in which members are elected to Council, the Commission shall organize as follows:

(a) The Mayor shall be the Chairperson of the Planning Commission, and shall preside at all meetings.

(b) The Council representative shall be Vice-Chairperson of the Planning Commission. The Vice-Chairperson shall preside at all meetings when the Chairperson is absent.
