955.05 FALSE ALARM CHARGES.
   (a)   False alarm charges shall be made as follows: Business users. A charge of thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be made for each of the first five false alarms annually, and a charge of sixty dollars ($60.00) shall be made for each false alarm thereafter.
   (b)   Business false alarm charges shall apply whether the alarm is received from an automatic dialing device, from one connected directly to the police station or fire station or from any other alarm service that is utilized within the City. Any charge for a false alarm remaining unpaid thirty days after the date of the mailing of the invoice shall be cause for cancellation of the alarm and the permit therefor by the Mayor. Three or more false alarms annually shall also be grounds for cancellation of the permit by the Mayor.
