The City hereby adopts the City of Mayfield Heights Guidance for Projects (Guidance for Projects), latest edition, on file in the Building Department. The Guidance For Projects shall be used for all designs for all projects within the City and in conjunction with all other laws and regulations which may apply. The Guidance For Projects may be updated from time to time, at the discretion of the City Engineer. The City Engineer shall determine whether design documentation submitted to the City for review meets the requirements of this regulation.
