(a) The Comprehensive Storm Water Management Program shall include, but not be limited to, the following parts:
(1) Construction Site Storm Water Runoff Control.
(2) Post-Construction Storm Water Management.
(3) Prohibition of Illicit Discharge into the City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System.
(4) City of Mayfield Heights Guidance for Projects
(b) This regulation pertains to Prohibition of Illicit Discharge into the City Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System only.
(c) Construction Site Storm Water Runoff Control regulations, including applicability, are described in Chapter 941, "Construction Site Storm Water Runoff Control". Post-Construction Storm Water Management regulations, including applicability, are described in Chapter 943, "Post-Construction Storm Water Management". The City Guidance for Projects regulations, including applicability, are described in Chapter 947, "Guidance for Projects".
