The City hereby approves and adopts the Uniform Standards for Sewerage Improvements and the Uniform Standard Sewer Details, both dated December, 1998, as formulated by the Committee on Uniform Standards for Sewerage Improvements, and incorporated herein as though fully rewritten. No person shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of such standards. Both the Uniform Standards for Sewerage Improvements and the Uniform Standard Sewer Details shall be deemed to apply to all facets of all projects (including, but not limited to, sewers); within the public right-of-way, and all projects on private property.
