933.03 TESTS OF SEWER CONNECTIONS.

The Director of Public Service or any City employee designated by him or her may enter on any lot or parcel of land and open any test tee to determine whether or not any sewer or sewer connection is blocked on the lot or parcel of land or in the public street in front of it and to determine whether or not the sewer connections are connected to the proper sewer.
