Storm water from roofs, paved areas, yards, courts, open excavations or parts of a lot or premises where water stands, accumulates or flows shall not be drained into sanitary sewers. No person shall contract for, order or make a connection to a sanitary sewer so as to permit storm water to flow into the sanitary sewer. No owner or occupant of property shall permit storm water from roofs, paved areas, yards, courts and open excavations to be drained into a sanitary sewer.
