Within ten consecutive calendar days of a written request from the Mayor, each permit holder shall furnish the City with the following information:
(a) That the permit holder has complied with all requirements of this chapter;
(b) That all Municipal sales, message and/or utility taxes due the City in connection with the services and facilities provided by the permit holder have been properly collected and paid by the permit holder; and
(c) That all books, records, maps and other documents maintained by the permit holder with respect to its facilities within the public ways are available for inspection by the City at reasonable times.
