909.26 SERVICE TO THE CITY, SCHOOLS, LIBRARIES AND HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS.

An inside services use permit holder providing telecommunications or cable television services shall make its telecommunications or cable television services available to the City, schools, libraries and health care providers at its most favorable rate.
