(a) No person shall refuse to permit any law enforcement officer as defined by Ohio R.C. 2901.01, or any other representative of the Division of Fire, the Division of Building, Engineering and Inspection, the City Engineer or any other department or division of the City, County or State government, to inspect the premises of a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the law.
(b) No person shall refuse to permit a lawful inspection of a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business.
