773.19 NONTRANSFERABILITY OF BUSINESS LICENSES.

Sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business licenses are not transferable. A sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business licensee shall not operate a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business at any place other than the address designated in the sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business license.
