(a) Every application for a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business license, whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license, shall be accompanied by a one hundred dollar ($100.00) non-refundable application and investigation fee.
(b) In addition to the application and investigation fee required above, every sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business that is granted a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business license, new or renewal, shall pay to the City an annual, non-refundable license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) within thirty days of issuance or renewal of the license.
(c) All fees for sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business licenses shall be submitted to the Chief of Police.
