(a) No person who operates a sexually oriented business or an adult entertainment business shall employ a person who does not have a valid sexually oriented business employee license or an adult entertainment business employee license.
(b) No person shall obtain employment with a sexually oriented business or an adult entertainment business without having secured a valid sexually oriented business employee license or an adult entertainment business employee license pursuant to this chapter.
(c) All applications for a sexually oriented business employee license or an adult entertainment business employee license must be made on forms provided by the Chief of Police of the City.
