773.04 BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall operate a sexually oriented business or an adult entertainment business without a valid sexually oriented business license or an adult entertainment business license issued by the City for the particular type of sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business classification.

(b) All applications for a sexually oriented business license or an adult entertainment business license must be made on forms provided by the Chief of Police of the City.
