747.25 DECLARATION OF NUISANCE.

Any building used as a massage establishment in violation of this chapter, with the intentional, knowing, reckless or negligent permission of the owner thereof, or of his or her agent managing the building, together with all fixtures and other property used in violation of this chapter, are hereby declared to be a nuisance.
