747.19 EMPLOYMENT OF MASSEURS AND MASSEUSES.

The permittee of a massage establishment or the employer of any person purporting to act as a masseur or masseuse shall ensure that each person employed as a masseur or masseuse has first obtained a valid permit pursuant to this chapter.
