(a) No proprietor, manager or employee of any room, establishment or place, wherein the business of furnishing baths, alcohol rubs, massage treatments, movement cures or treatments or any treatment of patients by manipulation of the person, is carried on, other than those licensed or registered by the State Medical Board, shall furnish, provide, permit or allow female attendants to bathe, treat, manipulate, operate on or attend male patrons. No female attendant, employee or inmate of any room, establishment or place wherein any business, treatment or operation mentioned in this section is carried on, other than one licensed or registered by the State Medical Board, shall bathe, treat, manipulate, operate upon or attend any male patron thereof.
