727.07 ADVERTISING; SIGNS.

No sign shall be permitted on any part of a City street right-of-way, including the tree lawn, or on any tree or utility pole thereon and shall be displayed in accordance with Section 1191.02(b)(3); Permitted Signs; Temporary Signs.
