727.05 PERMIT FEE; EFFECTIVE PERIOD; LIMITATIONS ON NUMBER OF PERMITS.

   (a)   Residents of the City shall pay a fee of five dollars ($5.00) for the permit required by Section 727.03, subject to the exceptions set forth in Section 727.09.

   (b)   A permit for each sale shall be valid for three consecutive days and not more than two permits shall be issued for such a sale every calendar year for each residence. The Mayor or Director of Building may waive this restriction when there has been a change of ownership or occupancy of the property within such one-year period.
