The City Planning Commission may, in permitting a family home as provided in this chapter, designate additional reasonable requirements in connection therewith to ensure that such home will conform to the spirit of this chapter and to protect the health, safety and welfare of the community. Any changes or differences should be outlined in a report to Council. The Commission shall require that this chapter be made a part of and a condition of each permit and that the provisions of this chapter shall serve as ongoing requirements for the validity of each permit.
