721.01 FAMILY HOME DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, "family home" means a dwelling which meets all of the following requirements:

Such home is operated by an individual, group or agency which is not for profit.

Such home is licensed, approved or certified by a County, State or Federal agency.

If the operator is an individual, such individual is sponsored by, or under written agreement or contract with, a nonprofit group or agency.
