703.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; TRANSFERABILITY.

(a) No exhibitor, owner or other person shall install or permit the use of any mechanical or electrically-operated amusement device without first obtaining an exhibitor's license and registration therefor from the Director of Public Safety.

(b) The license and registration required by this chapter shall not be transferable to any other person.
