(a) No person shall in any manner obstruct any fire hydrant within the City by placing or permitting to exist any material in front thereof, from the curb line to the center of the street or within a five-foot diameter from the hydrant.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 597.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
