(a) No person shall deliver, dispose of or otherwise deposit within the City any yard waste, garbage or other refuse, including glass, crockery, tin cans, paper, boxes, rags and other similar waste material, which was made, collected or accumulated outside the City limits.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 597.02.
