518.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of Sections 518.01 to 518.11 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (b)   If a violation of Sections 518.01 to 518.11 involves an animal designated by the Municipal Court, after a hearing, to be a dangerous animal, whoever violates such sections is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (c)   If a violation of Sections 518.01 to 518.11 involves an animal designated by the Court, after a hearing, to be a vicious animal, whoever violates such sections is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
   (d)   If a violation of Sections 518.01 to 518.11 involves an animal designated by the Court, after a hearing, either to be a dangerous animal or a vicious animal, and if the animal kills or seriously injures a human being, whoever violates such sections is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
