(a) The owning of any fowl, including domestic geese, ducks, turkeys, chickens and pigeons, within the City limits is hereby prohibited, except for caged birds and rabbits kept as pets within a residence structure.
(b) No livestock, including, but not limited to, horses, mules, cattle, sheep, goats and swine, shall be owned or maintained within the City limits.
(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 597.02.
