375.10 EXCEPTION; EMERGENCIES.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the operation of snowmobiles for the purpose of emergency travel only during the period of a snow emergency as provided in Section 151.16 on any public thoroughfare, when and at locations where snow upon a public thoroughfare renders travel by automobile impracticable.
