337.32 DAMAGING BARRICADES AND WARNING LIGHTS.
   No person who is aware that he or she has removed or damaged any barrier, light or other warning device, or who has extinguished any light, shall fail to stop and immediately replace such barrier or other warning device, or relight such lights, if extinguished, or, in lieu thereof, to immediately notify the Police Division that such barrier, light or other warning device has been damaged, removed, or extinguished.
