Obstruction and Special Uses of Public Ways

311.01 Placing injurious material or obstruction in street.

311.02 Zones of quiet; hospital zones.

311.03 Play streets.

311.04 Toy vehicles on roadway.

311.05 Freeway use prohibited by pedestrians, bicycles and animals.

311.06 Parades and assemblages.
