The Traffic Bureau shall keep records and submit summarized monthly reports to the Mayor of all notices issued and arrest made for violations of State traffic laws and this Traffic Code, of all fines collected by the Bureau or the Lyndhurst Municipal Court and of the final disposition or present status of every case in violation of such laws and Code. The records shall be so maintained as to show all types of violations and the totals of each. These records shall be public records.
