305.02 AUTHORITY FOR REGULATIONS.

The Director of Public Safety and the Chief of Police are hereby authorized to make and enforce regulations necessary to make effective the provisions of this Traffic Code and to make and enforce temporary regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions, as provided in this chapter.
