305.01 ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC CODE.

The Director of Public Safety, through the Department of Public Safety, shall enforce the provisions of this Traffic Code. The Director shall assign such officers and members of his or her Department as he or she may determine necessary, which officers and members shall be charged with the specific duty of enforcing this Traffic Code.
