150.13 FULL-TIME CLERK/HOUSING COORDINATOR OFFICE.
   (a)   There may be established the position of full-time Clerk/Housing Coordinator Office, to be appointed by the Mayor and to receive such compensation as Council shall from time to time provide and shall be in the unclassified service.
   (b)   The Full-time Clerk/Housing Coordinator Office shall have obtained a State of Ohio real estate agent's license. The Full-Time Clerk/Housing Coordinator Office shall be prohibited from performing any real estate transactions pursuant to such license, either for or with the City, or for any private individuals, during his or her term of office.
   (c)   The Full-time Clerk/Housing Coordinator Office shall assist the Building Director in the discharge of his or her duties as provided in Section 150.09 and to perform such acts as are necessary and proper to fully perform the obligations under the direction of the Mayor and Building Director.
   (d)   The Full-time Clerk/Housing Coordinator Office shall also be charged with the duty of limited enforcement of any Housing Maintenance Code legislation adopted by the City including:
      (1)   Inventory and exterior maintenance inspections of vacant and/or foreclosed homes (high grass, trash, broken windows, etc.).
      (2)   Exterior maintenance throughout the City regarding grass cutting, trash clean- up, etc. (complaints) in the residential areas only.
      (3)   Police real estate, political signs and advertising signs (such as on telephone poles, tree lawns, etc.).
      (4)   Any other duties as required by the Mayor or Building Director (or Housing Coordinator) (housing rehab., loan programs, etc.).
