Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall, in addition to any other penalty provided under the City Charter, be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense.
