(a) Overtime for employees in the Division of Police and Fire Communications shall be paid according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), as applicable.
(b) An emergency medical dispatcher premium will be paid to those dispatchers who have completed the required departmental power phone courses and have been appropriately certified to provide medical emergency instructions. The premium will be included in the employee's hourly rate as determined by Council.
