139.02 ACCIDENT PREVENTION BUREAU; DETECTIVE BUREAU.

Within the Division of Police there is hereby established an Accident Prevention Bureau and a Detective Bureau, the supervisors of which shall be appointed by the Director of Public Safety and shall report to the Chief of Police.
