131.01 DIRECTIVES RE AUTHORITY TO ISSUE APPEARANCE CITATIONS.

Persons holding the following positions with the City, upon directive of the Mayor, are authorized to issue appearance citations for violations of City ordinances:

(a) The Fire Marshall and his or her assistants performing the Fire Marshall functions;

(b) The Director of Buildings and building inspectors working under the supervision of the Director of Buildings; and
