121.03 HEALTH CARE BENEFITS.

Immediately after the end of each Councilperson's term of office, no person serving on the Council shall be entitled to or receive any City paid health benefits. Effective January 1, 1994, the only compensation for the position held shall be a salary as authorized by Council.
